I love the fall season. The air smells fresher, it’s great running weather, and the countdown is on to the eggnog latte . It’s also a great time to reflect on learnings from the past year and start making goals for the future.
Yet my very favorite thing about fall is it’s Workday Rising season. We’ve been excitedly working to create two outstanding customer events—Workday Rising in Las Vegas, Oct. 1-4, andWorkday Rising Europe in Vienna, Nov. 13-15—and can’t wait to share what’s in store for our more than 12,000 expected global attendees.
We’ll offer many opportunities to learn, be inspired, and to grow. This year’s events will focus on ways we can “go further together,” which truly is what being a part of the Workday community is all about. We’ll network and celebrate—and we’ll unveil new innovations and strategies that allow organizations to best plan, execute, and analyze all in a single system. This will include details on our path forward withAdaptive Insights, a Workday company.
We know you have high expectations for these conferences, and we’ve continued to build upon all the great content and events you’ve come to expect from us, with each session and experience designed specifically with your job role, industry, and business opportunities in mind. You’ll hear from inspiring guest speakers—including other customers sharing their stories about business transformation.
With so much to do and learn, be sure to check back regularly as we finalize the agendas forLas VegasandVienna。And while it was hard to choose what to highlight, here are some of the things you will not want to miss!
Sessions on Digital Transformation and Innovation. The innovation cycle keeps getting faster, impacting every organization, team, and person. We’ll have a Business Leader Forum (BLF) focused on the critical role of finance leaders in driving digital transformation, and another BLF where business and technology leaders can hear from experts on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. In the Workday Innovation Keynote with our leadership team and in other sessions throughout the conferences, we’ll discuss how Workday’s latest advancements in machine learning and other emerging technologies are fueling new ways of working and creating value for our customers.
Sessions on Culture and Workforce Development。我们知道,人是组织最valuable asset, and as such, culture and workforce development will be big focus areas at Workday Rising. Michael C. Bush, CEO at Great Place to Work—the global research firm that produces lists such as the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For—will be a keynote speaker in both Las Vegas and Vienna; he’ll share best practices from high-performing companies and illustrate how a great culture impacts financial and business success. We’ll also have a BLF on creating better connections among higher education, businesses, and communities, and one on the power of diversity and inclusion.
