Today, we were very honored to beranked #4onFortune’s100 Best Companies to Work For. It’s beyond humbling. And as Workday’s chief people officer, I couldn’t be more proud.
This recognition is about all of our 10,000+ Workmates across the globe, who nurture our special culture and make Workday a great place to work. It’s about how we respect one another’s views and differences, show compassion, and help each other out. It’s about providing growth opportunities, and also how we support our Workmates’ passions and needs outside the workplace. In essence, it’s how we all nurture moments that matter so that people can bring their best selves to work.
So what does that all look like? Well, I hope you take a few minutes to watch the following video, where several of our Workmates share their stories—their moments that mattered. (It was created to share within the company, but touched so many of our hearts we thought others might appreciate it as well.)
I want to thank everyone at Workday for helping us earn this recognition fromFortune. To sustain our incredible culture as we grow, we must keep creating meaningful employee experiences so that every single one of us has stories to share about times when we’ve felt supported and understood.
Because when we all work together to nurture moments that matter—and keep adding on to those moments day after day and year after year—then we’ve truly created a best company to work for, for our Workmates all over the world.
