At Workday, our six core values—employees, customer service, innovation, integrity, fun, and profitability—aren’t just words on a page.
Our commitment to integrity comes from the highest level of leadership at Workday, and it sets the tone for the rest of the organization. Our leadership and senior management teams regularly communicate with our employees regarding ethical business practices and related expectations. To reinforce these expectations, the integrity team’s awareness initiatives include required Code of Conduct and policies training for new hires and all employees annually; an Integrity Week of activities that engage the global workforce; regular all-employee communications; and role-specific communications. We weave expectations of ethical behavior through all levels of our company—from interviewing for honesty and integrity, to championing employees who do the right thing, to establishing global ethics ambassadors from our regional offices.
We also expect our business partners to uphold the same commitment to ethical behavior as we do. Through ourSupplier Code of Conduct, Workday suppliers are required to demonstrate that they provide safe working conditions, treat workers with dignity and respect, and act ethically and legally in their use of labor.
As the business environment constantly changes, and as Workday grows, we’re committed to having a dynamic approach to address ethics and compliance in our ecosystem. We’re proud the World’s Most Ethical Companies award reflects our commitment to integrity, and we hope to continue earning this title year after year.
