Workday and AirAsia

AirAsia has grown from a domestic airline in Malaysia into Asia's leading low-cost airline serving more than 130 destinations across the Asia Pacific. Together with its affiliates in China, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, and Japan, AirAsia is the largest low-cost carrier in Asia by passengers carried. AirAsia has been named the World's Best Low-Cost Airline by Skytrax for 11 years in a row from 2009 until 2019, and the World's Leading Low-Cost Airline at the annual World Travel Awards for 7 consecutive years from 2013 to 2019.

From an organizational side, I felt that the culture of Workday, the management and what I had seen of the way Workday works as a company was quite aligned to us from a values perspective.
