Aneel Bhusri is co-founder and co-CEO at Workday. He is also a member of the company's board of directors, and served as chairman of the board from January 2012 until May 2014.

Aneel has been a leader, product visionary and innovator in the enterprise software industry for more than 20 years. Before co-founding Workday in 2005, Aneel held a number of leadership positions at PeopleSoft, including Vice Chairman of the Board and Senior Vice President responsible for Product Strategy, Business Development and Marketing. In addition to his role at Workday, Aneel is an Advisory Partner at Greylock, a leading venture capital firm that he has been associated with since 1999, and he is a member of the Board of Trustees at Stanford University. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Workday Foundation and of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Aneel previously served on the Board of Directors of several other companies, including Intel, Pure Storage and Okta.

Aneel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering and economics from Brown University. He is a Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

Mike Frandsen is Executive Director of products at Workday and provides strategy and sales support for the company's products.

Carol Lindstrom recently retired as Vice Chairman of Deloitte LLC. While at Deloitte, Carol held several leadership positions, including leading the technology consulting practice and strategic client programmes. She has also served on both the US and global Deloitte Board of Directors and as President of the Deloitte Foundation.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Carol was a Partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for many years. Carol has served on several non-profit boards and currently is a member of the UCLA Anderson School board of directors.

A former Major League Baseball Manager of 33 years, Tony was at the helm of the St. Louis Cardinals when they won the World Series in 2006 and 2011. Regarded by his peers as one of the game's top managers, Tony’s honours include Manager of the Year in five seasons, eight N.L. Central Division titles, three N.L. pennants, five A.L. Western Division titles, three A.L. pennants and three World Series championships.

Tony's community efforts focus on animal rescue, children, education and community-minded organisations. He and his wife Elaine are co-founders of the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) in Walnut Creek, California. Tony remains committed to the cause and serves as Chairman of the Board.

He is currently a member of the Board of the Northern District of California District Court's Federal Practice Program. In addition, Steve has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Boalt Hall Alumni Association.

Steve Young, acclaimed as the record-setting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, is also a licensed attorney, an acclaimed motivational speaker, a sought-after corporate spokesperson, and a supporter of numerous charities and foundations.

When Steve retired from professional football in 1999 after 15 seasons as a pro, his CV included being the highest-rated QB in NFL history, two league MVP Awards (1992 and 1994) and four consecutive passing titles. Steve was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2005. Currently, he is Co-Founder and a Managing Director of Sorenson Capital, a new private equity investment firm headquartered in Utah. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Forever Young Foundation (FYF), which is actively involved in children's charities nationwide. Additionally, he has written a children's book entitledForever Young.

Jay Banfield is a social entrepreneur with experience in the private, public, non-profit and educational sectors. Prior to joining All Home, Jay spent 12 years at Year Up, leading its expansion into the San Francisco Bay Area and ultimately serving as its chief officer of Innovation & Scale and Managing Director, California. A nationally recognised youth and workforce development programme, Year Up partners with firms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Salesforce to develop technical talent from within urban communities and was recognised locally with the Tipping Point Award from the Tipping Point Community.

Jay graduated with honours from Stanford University and earned a Master of Public Policy Degree from the University of California at Berkeley, after which he began his career at Oracle Corporation. He has worked on local, state and national political campaigns and has served in both the legislative and executive branches of government. He served as the Chief Assistant Treasurer for the City and County of San Francisco and as the Assistant General Manager, Business Services for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. For several years, Jay also taught a graduate-level course as an adjunct faculty member at Golden Gate University.

An active community member, he led the San Francisco Parks Trust (now Parks Alliance) and has served on the Boards of San Francisco University High School, Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Stanford Athletics Buck/Cardinal Club, San Francisco Friends School and San Francisco Little League.

Carrie Varoquiers is chief philanthropy officer at Workday. Within this role, she leads the company’s philanthropic grantmaking and impact partnerships. As part of her efforts at Workday, she launched Opportunity Onramps®️, the company’s flagship workforce development movement focused on closing the opportunity gap and creating economic mobility.

Prior to joining Workday, Carrie served as president of the McKesson Foundation and vice president of corporate citizenship at McKesson Corporation. While there, Carrie developed the McKesson Foundation’s “Mobilizing for Health” grant initiative, which encourages the use of mobile technologies in chronic care. She also developed and led the company’s environmental sustainability function.

Carrie holds a master’s degree in business administration from Golden Gate University, a master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley. She serves on the board of JVS in San Francisco, and leads a philanthropic consultancy, Cool Planet Food, focused on cooling the planet through food system change.
